Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market evolution
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and operations teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish metrics for measuring technological readiness and innovation ROI

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
