Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices and cloud architectures that can handle high-volume, future-proof demands.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on scalable solutions and long-term stability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
