Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for the 2026 and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Prioritization & Vision: Lead the prioritization of features and initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact areas that drive user growth.
- Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering leads to define system architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future loads.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and board members effectively.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Distributed Systems to integrate into our product strategy.
- Agile Execution: Foster a culture of continuous delivery and rapid iteration across product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems Architecture, or Technical Product Leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and API design.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, executable product strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
