Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients, aligning with emerging industry 4.0 standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using quantum-resistant algorithms and edge computing frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization windows
- Architect scalable digital twins and metaverse integration platforms for industrial clients
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards on emerging tech implications and competitive advantages
- Drive sustainability initiatives by designing carbon-neutral tech infrastructures for 2030 compliance
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging tech stack: quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies (2019-2025 portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning or Sustainable Technology Architecture
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology trends (IEEE or MIT Sloan preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
