Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for the company's technology stack, anticipating trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures that support long-term scalability and resilience.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for integration into our core products.
- Team Mentorship: Guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Prototyping: Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Focus: Proven track record of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives and market demands.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
