- Partner with venture capital teams to identify pre-seed 2026-disruptive startups
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Produce annual 'Tech Horizon Reports' with 3-year predictive roadmaps

Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Futures or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years in technology strategy with portfolio of 2020-2023 innovations

- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu.io, Futur.io)
