Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive trends and opportunities through 2026
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for C-suite executives, producing actionable insights on technological and societal shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development and business strategy blueprints
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies for long-term planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize diverse data signals into coherent narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Experience facilitating high-stakes scenario planning workshops with executive leadership
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
