Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical factors impacting 2026 digital transformation
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine collaboration interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment preferred
