Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage the innovation portfolio including budget allocation and resource optimization
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons and innovation sprints
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or ventures
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Strong network within tech venture ecosystem and academic institutions
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
