- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects, from ideation to pilot testing, ensuring high ROI on innovation investments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing workflows.

Qualifications
