- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and assess their potential impact on industry landscapes

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., IEEE, HBR)
