Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling business cases
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists through agile development cycles
- Present quarterly innovation progress to the board with quantifiable ROI projections
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional financial modeling skills for innovation ROI forecasting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong network of connections in global tech innovation ecosystems
