Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ product innovations and technology roadmaps
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Develop cross-functional partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies and future-proof design principles
- Secure and manage innovation grants totaling $5M+ annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AGI, quantum computing, or biotech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (H-index >20)
