Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute R&D roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts in our state-of-the-art Innovation Lab
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for emerging tech domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior engineers through our Future Talent Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Strong background in systems architecture and scalable design patterns
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CIMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with venture capital fundraising cycles
