Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech fields (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout disruptive technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Conduct horizon scanning for paradigm-shifting market trends
- Drive patent strategy and IP commercialization efforts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching market-disrupting products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
