- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio, prioritizing projects with exponential ROI potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor a team of 12 specialists in emerging tech domains
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with proven leadership in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Lean Innovation methodologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial modeling skills
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
