Responsibilities

- Architect and execute R&D roadmaps for next-gen AI/quantum/sustainable systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 15+ concurrent projects
- Partner with C-suite to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Build and lead a 20-person multidisciplinary innovation team
- Drive intellectual property portfolio development with 50+ annual patents
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote presentations and white papers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at director/VP level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record launching commercialized technologies with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep network connections with VCs, policymakers, and research institutions
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
