Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends in AI, AR/VR, and clean energy
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation grants from federal and private sectors
- Present quarterly futures briefings to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Program
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 5-year R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of securing >$5M in innovation funding
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience scaling pre-revenue technologies to market
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
