Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record delivering 2020-2025 technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain ecosystems
- Certified in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM, PDMA)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for R&D initiatives
- Presentation skills for executive-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Tech Review
