Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, AGI) with market disruption analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' teams to prototype next-gen solutions using our Innovation Sandbox framework
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Create '2026 Impact Models' forecasting market disruption and adoption curves for emerging innovations
- Design and execute innovation sprints using our proprietary 'Horizon Mapping' methodology
- Mentor junior strategists through our 'Future Leaders' accelerator program
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum applications, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Technology Roadmapping)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives with $50M+ revenue impact
