Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with disruptive market shifts
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate future-focused startups
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends 5+ years ahead
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
