The Opportunity: Shape how humanity interfaces with technology by developing 5-10 year roadmaps, identifying disruptive convergence points, and guiding R&D investments across quantum computing, biotech integration, and climate tech domains.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum-ML hybrids
- Identify emerging market gaps and patent opportunities across climate tech and neuro interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategy with ESG and growth objectives
- Establish global consortiums for ethical AI and autonomous systems standards
- Drive commercialization of lab breakthroughs through venture incubation
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from R&D to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech modeling
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Executive experience leading innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
