Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven investment proposals
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build and mentor a 5-person innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or venture capital
- Proven track record launching future-facing products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, or equivalent tech stack
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
