Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure $10M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling stakeholder narratives
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab and DARPA initiatives
- Translate emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) into actionable business strategies
- Present at global forums like Web Summit and CES Future Stage
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record launching $50M+ tech ventures
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, climate tech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or MIT Tech Review
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum modeling frameworks
- Global network of Fortune 500 innovation leaders
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies launched in past 5 years
