Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year innovation roadmaps for next-gen tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing prototypes for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive ethical frameworks for future-facing AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (post-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (quantum/NF/AGI)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Prior experience scaling R&D teams in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- MSc/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies preferred
