Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Design and implement human-centered frameworks for technology adoption and ethical implementation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global enterprises
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futures research with proven 2020s-impact projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or quantum applications
- Strong track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management expertise
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
