Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to prototype next-gen customer experiences using AR/VR and generative AI
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES) to position FutureWorks as a 2026 thought leader
- Drive ESG-compliant tech adoption across 15+ enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) with published research
- Proven track record scaling innovation teams from concept to market deployment
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience navigating post-2025 regulatory landscapes (digital sovereignty, AI ethics)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercially deployed 2026-tech prototypes
