Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state business ecosystems
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with actionable insights for C-level decision-making
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI in 2026-relevant contexts
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 strategic initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, product innovation, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Economics, Data Science, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Futures Studies preferred
- Fluency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption topics
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global organizations
