- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Create market entry strategies for next-gen products with $50M+ revenue potential
- Manage portfolio of 15+ innovation projects with agile methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies with 5-year ROI projections
- Mentor junior strategists and build innovation pipeline capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development at tech scale-ups
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products ($100M+ revenue)
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech venture valuation
- Experience with agile/Scrum frameworks and cross-functional leadership
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ disruptive innovations implemented at scale
