Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and disruptive technologies to inform strategic decisions
- Present compelling innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects with budgets exceeding $10M
- Foster a culture of experimentation through hackathons, incubators, and innovation workshops
- Collaborate with global partners to shape industry standards for 2026 technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities for 5-10 year horizons
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering to executive boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy (patents a plus)
