Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML-powered enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Translate future trends into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI implementation
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout acquisition opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record launching enterprise-scale digital transformation
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., ACFS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation initiatives with $10M+ impact
