- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for smart cities and sustainable systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed innovation into organizational DNA
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking global tech developments
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth principles
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 partners
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Technology Roadmapping)
