Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs and measure ROI for experimental initiatives
- Champion a culture of innovation through internal workshops and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong network of connections within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management highly valued
