- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with patent portfolio valuation and IP strategy development
- Strong financial modeling skills for long-term ROI projection
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences
