Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Conduct market simulations and scenario planning for 2026 business landscapes
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders

- Manage annual $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets >$3M
