Responsibilities
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026-era technology adoption across verticals
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies including quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Interface with venture capital partners to identify breakthrough investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies

- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
