Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic pivots and first-mover advantages
- Secure executive buy-in and resources for high-impact initiatives through data-driven business cases
- Foster a culture of radical innovation through hackathons, incubation programs, and open innovation partnerships
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech leadership with 5+ years in executive roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering from a top-tier institution
- Exceptional strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for innovation initiatives and managing cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy (patents, journals, keynotes)
