Responsibilities
- Strategically roadmap and execute the 2026 Project's multi-disciplinary initiatives across AI, robotics, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ specialists in agile development environments with bi-weekly sprint deliverables
- Manage $5M+ budget allocation and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge hardware procurement
- Present quarterly progress to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortium partners
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and compliance with emerging global tech regulations
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and R&D collaboration with MIT/Stanford
- Develop scalable project architecture compatible with quantum and classical hybrid systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years managing AI/quantum projects >$3M
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level AI solutions (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent)
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Strong background in sustainable tech integration (IoT, smart grids, circular economy)
- Experience with cross-functional team building in remote/hybrid environments
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent research portfolio)
