Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Advanced AI (with 5+ years industry experience)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
