- Translate quantum AI prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants annually
- Publish in Nature Quantum and IEEE journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ years quantum/AI leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ research grants
- Experience scaling AI systems to 100+ qubit systems
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy milestones
