Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Design error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for practical enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate performance and coherence times
- Lead security audits for quantum-resistant cryptographic implementations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with industry 4.0 standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (QAOA, VQE, Shor's variants)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction surface codes and LDPC codes
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration and control
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
