Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity
- Optimize qubit coherence times using advanced error correction protocols
- Integrate quantum systems with classical computing environments via hybrid cloud platforms
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and hardware optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum Information)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
