Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures capable of executing complex algorithms by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to integrate quantum solutions into legacy systems
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough findings
- Present quantum computing roadmap to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum simulators and real quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in cutting-edge environments
