Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical software systems with 99.99% reliability
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Optimize quantum circuits for next-gen hardware (100+ qubit systems)
- Create secure quantum communication protocols resistant to future threats
- Document quantum software architectures for enterprise integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum software or complex distributed systems
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing
