Responsibilities

- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning engineering roadmaps with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to ensure system integrity and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Security to drive innovation.
- Develop and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact production environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI integration and edge computing, to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or related technical fields.
- Proven expertise in designing complex distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR), and DevOps methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture is a significant plus.
