Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop proprietary scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author high-impact whitepapers published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Design and maintain the Horizon Index™ predictive analytics platform
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
