Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI governance, climate tech, biotech convergence) to inform 10-year strategic planning
- Develop future scenario models using predictive analytics and machine learning frameworks

- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and innovation pipelines
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal impacts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published work on technological or societal transformation (2020-2030 timeframe)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
