Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts pre-2026
- Develop strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging futures and competitive advantage
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry visionaries
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) strongly preferred
