Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ landscape
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of geopolitical and socio-economic drivers
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
