Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic technology roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions

- Establish scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and environmental shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
